Okay, I'm not getting any younger,(43) but I tore a ligament in my lower back (sacroiliac joint) around 20 years ago and it's given me nothing but trouble.

Back ache, sciatica etc. I don't really want to have surgery, but has anybody suffered with a chronic back injury? I have tried Physios's, Chriropractors and Osteopaths, but nothing works.

Any advice, would be much appreciated!  Smile

I was weight training and I got a bit carried away. From experience though, the money I have spent on Chiropractors, Physio's & Osteopath's, really isn't worth the money.(£35 hour)?? I have had better pain relief from Ibuprofen, which costs around 20P.

Have you tried marijuana Culcheth?

I used to go to the Pink coffeeshop in Eindhoven for a bottle of appelsap and a few special cookies (not internet ones but biscuit type ones).

I've never had a bad back.
