When do you see us challenging?

In response to the calls for a "goalscorer", I think we've got one of the classiest finishers around in LeFondre - I can't think of many good chances that he's wasted - yet we're still not scoring enough goals.
The route cause of the problem is the lack of creativity. We've not got much attacking spark in the centre of midfield, and we've got the likes of Feeney and Janko that are great at running but not much else. Walker is coming on in leaps and bounds but still isn't quite creative enough.

It was because he was doing a photo shoot for Vision Express!

We have some quality what we are lacking is leadership on the park. Don't know where or who but we need some characters, Spearing is of that ilk if there is a way back for him and an aggressive foward and defender, not reckless but plays on the edge.

If you watch the replay of that last minute Norwich goal you will see it's just a hoof up field followed by a nod on which happens to fall just right for the striker.  Can happen to anybody.      
This is where I disagree with Neil somewhat.  The front & midfielders should be keeping the ball not relying on last ditch tackling at the back. To keep blaming the back four constantly is a bit daft IMO.
Neil says it's a lack of concentration....but surely that applies to all 11 not just the CB's. Has always, you can't invite teams on and get away with it consistently.
