Does he really have £170 million or so tucked away to invest in a club just 13 miles away from Old Trafford - that he has no history or affinity with?

Anyway I thought it was to 'invest' in the club, not 'takeover' - if so maybe he does have some money to pay for a players wage for a season or two.
