Modern Computer Games - too realistic!

I thought I was watching Sky Sports with the Fifa game...

Who remembers the days of Actua Soccer which was pretty modern then?


Or the original Fifa game...

All shite. Kick Off 2 was the king of football games.

The last time I had Fifa, the theme tune was from Gorillaz first album (it's the music that we choose...get the cool shoeshine, etc).

I can't get into it now; not like a good Championship Manager.

The first Fifa game was difficult to score unless you ran down the wing and shot from the corner of the 18 yard box.

I've just got Fifa 16 and I hate it.

my boy thrashes me regularly on FIFA, i'm with you Barb FIFA 15 was much better than 16, seems harder to play to me

Once you get a grip of the jostling and different variations of shooting it is miles better than 15

I'm currently revisiting COD3 and it's no wonder the Germans keep winning the World Cup because they are the toughest people on the planet.

I've just had to shoot one of 'em four times (expending 16 bullets from my captured MP40), before he finally succumbed and did the decent thing.

So they're either all really hard bastards or Treyarch cocked up with their programming when they made the game.

I want GTA.

GTA was ruined by becoming overly realistic, Vice City and San Andreas were brilliant.

I want a cannibal game, so i can go round eating people.

Games are getting better and better. How can you complain about them being too realistic. That is the beauty of the next gen console.

I do feel that some of the games of late aren't that fun compared to when I had a PS1/SNES for example.

I'm not if it's me getting older or not TBH!

I need a new PC to play Fifa 15 or 16. My present PC is a pos and just manages Sims 4.

Been playing Fifa 16 for the last couple of hours. Really pissing me off, concede penalty/free kicks for absolutely nothing and every foul a player gets booked. Just got an achievement of playing an entire match without committing a foul.
