As we have a Tea thread wrongly named Wink what about the most important meal of the day?

I need to start having breakfast as i usually start too early and would rather have an extra ten minutes in bed than a bowl of cereal!!!

What are your breakfast habits?

Usually have poached egg on toast or 2 teacakes. If it's cereal I have Shreddies.

I am trying for my 5 a day, and the only way it is vaguely possible if I start day with a nutriblast...yes, I have bought into the marketing hype. This morning was kale, ginger, blueberries, wheatgrass, maca, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 banana, coconut water and bee pollen. You may regret starting this thread y2j, as I may well be tempted to post every day a different breakfast all courtesy of my nutrimaster!

I make soup in mine as well, its good isn't it? I'm happy to share my breakfast combinations, but I am using some supplements optimised for women, you might want to omit those! Boncey, I am going for all this healthy stuff so that one day I will be well enough to drink my avi.

I've gone the other way. I don't drink at all these days. And feel a lot better for it.

My first coffee of the day always makes me dash off to the toilet for a....you know.

I used to think it was the first fag of the day but I still do it now and I haven't smoked for three years.

I learnt that when I was drinking out of my travel mug in the car in the M6.

Thank christ for Forton Services.
