I used to get very excited as a boy, when my comic of the day proclaimed 'Free Zorro mask inside'.
There was always a mad rush to the local shop on our way to school, and we arrived at our place of learning in menacing fashion.
If we had a Whizz-Bang as well, we were unstoppable.
I must say I've been particularly disappointed with recent Beano giveaways.

I think once the racing thread petered out through lack of interest, he came on less and less. Hope he's ok. Be nice to have him back. Same goes for Banksy, and a few other once regular posters.

I do too.

He was BWFC through and through so I can't imagine he give up on them.

I and one or two others also had means of personally contacting him - he never replied to any of us, even a few who had actually met him in real life.

On quite a few of his last posts on here he used to repeat himself several times and I quite often used to delete a number of those repeated posts in an attempt to save his blushes.

I know he had for a long while internet problems - so it may well be that why he posted the same things over and over again, maybe it wasn't - I don't know.

I really missed RT, we worked well together on here and both of us wanted the best for the site done in a honest way.

I hope I'm wrong and one day pops up out of the blue but I honestly don't think he will now.

RT was always very helpful. A few years ago, when I was going through a period of difficulty getting to the match, he offered to get the Lancaster Whites bus to make a stop at Woolston to pick me up.
Never needed that help in the end, but it was a kind thought, and much appreciated by this Wanderer.

No need for one. You need a code to enter the penthouse. Even my tradesman's entrance has a keypad. People have tried and failed to crack the code.

He got me tickets for the Stoke away game when we got relegated - bought him a pint and he came across as a proper nice bloke.  Hope he's OK.
