Where do you stand on Foreign Aid.

Can you believe in times of extreme economic strife we are literally begging India to take money off our hands. (of course hoping for a little boost once they bought our jets)

India have thousands starving but a thriving economy, shouldn't they be picking up the cheque for their own?

Or do you think we should be paying, as it's our moral duty to look after the human race, whichever country they happen to be starving in?

Charity begins at home. We are in the middle of the worst recession since the thirties and yet the government still hand out millions and millions of pounds in economic aid.

I was amazed to discover that we give Somalia £18 million a year to help the country fight piracy. What an absolute load of bollocks. When did illegally downloading a few snide DVD's ever hurt anyone ? It's a fcuking disgrace, that's what it is.
