Anybody bothered?

31 year old Rickie Lambert to lead our attack?

No offence to him and I hope he does well but do we really think we are one of the best teams in the world still with players like Raheem Sterling, Andros Townsend, Theo Walcott, Fraser Forster and John Ruddy in the squad?

Maybe even Bolton could beat that lot!

Still hope we win though!

England SHOULD win. But they seem to be going through a transition too at the moment. Older players with not much desire to play for their country and younger more willing players who lack the big stage experience. I think a few may surprise us but we are a long way off being a team to be reckoned with.

I think it's time he started playing with the younger players and give them a chance to bond. Maybe we will be ready for the next finals then. We won't be for this one though.

Not really excited about it really, I can't even remember who is in our group apart from this lot and Ukraine.

It's a poor state of affairs when Rooney and Sturridge are out, the best we have in back up is a 31 year old who has only played at international level once.

I'm still bothered when England are playing a competitive match.

It's just once of a day I liked all the 11 players turning out for us, now I struggle to like even half of them.

I'll be watching and shouting like a nutter as usual.

How much did you win? Iceland came back from 4-1 down to draw 4-4.

I don't bet on international football due to the ridiculously short odds on offer.
