Anybody know anything about KIA motors buying, taking over, putting money into or anything else involving  BWFC?

I heard the rumour yesterday for the first time.

It would be interesting to know, if it was true, what potential they see in the club. I think everybody can't help wondering if there's more to the debt than meets the eye.

This did emerge a few months ago and was shown then to be untrue. Why would KIA buy a championship side when they could buy Prem level clubs throughout the world

Actually it was OC who bought a Kia a week or two before he got sacked.....he turned it back in for a BMW after we gave him his payoff.

I currently have a Kia Cee'd eco whatsit having dumped my gas-guzzling shit service Beamer. Wife has a Mini Cooper and has to tolerate the unhelpful cocky assholes at the BMW garage every time the car needs a service. Kia (and Audi) are great by comparison - they actually grasp the concept of "service". Just goes to show OC knows as much about cars as he does about footie.

Recent BMW experience:

"Will you need a loan car whilst we service yours?"
"Yes please"
"Sorry you have to book them 3 weeks in advance"
"Why did you ask then?"
"We can hire one for you for £20 a day"
"OK go on then"
"You'll need to pay the first £500 excess on the insurance"
"F*** off"
