Says super John on the radio, im presuming a back three ( of CB ) and two wing backs/ wingers.

He'll change the formation to whatever he feels will be best against whatever team is put in front of us. I think I heard an interview where he says he tried that but it didn't quite work the way he wanted it to.

Yep because we got thumped if I remember right! I'm all for trying something different as long as the players are fit enough to play it. How will the players keep their match conditioning if they don't play every week?

3 at the back could work as we have enough centre backs and have Ream as the sweeper. The problem would be the wingbacks, i don't think the full backs we have are attacking enough to support the midfield and create the width needed so it would end up being a back 5.

I agree with Norpig, think that system is reliant on good wing backs which I'm not sure we have.

We have some decent players and should really be looking forward to the new season. It's Freedman's fucking stupidity,negativity and obstinacy that is the problem. He thinks he's a tactical genius but he's really just a stubborn,deluded idiot. Freedman out.
