I thought you could dial 999 and ask for a vet, normally to put the animal down. You can even ask for the coastguard. Course if your mate is drowning on Crompton Lodges it's not advisable to ask for the coastguard, or a vet.

Unless it can be proved that she participated in terrorist activities - and that's unlikely - she would be entitled to whatever any Brit going on holiday would be entitled to I'd have thought.
