Decided to break up all the polystyrene this afternoon from the new fridge freezer to fit in the bin which wasn't a great idea. The back garden was full of little white bits, it was that bad it looked like it had been snowing.

After spending half an hour trying to sweep all the bits up and with the wind constantly blowing it all around, I decided to get the vacuum cleaner out and went around the garden looking like a bit of a weirdo.

I should have just taken it all to the tip and have done with it like normal folk!

I hate that stuff.  This in particular.

Already have my poster vote and can't wait to be ticking the out box, although I won't be trusting the postal service/Bolton council etc with not sabotaging my vote so will personally be handing in my completed vote at my local polling station.

i hate this stuff as well, nearly all our deliveries at work are packed with this and it gets everywhere

Got a delivery from amazon last week. Three DVD's. 

They came in a huge box filled with the stuff. Now this doesn't happen every time,but surely,there must be alternatives.

I once received two bars of soap in a box big enough for a large pair of boots.

Go figure,as the Yanks say.

Why are you using specialist soap which has to be delivered in a box?

I'm allergic to normal soap. I use Seba Med. Very good,but just can't buy it in the shops.

 no it's Pharmacy so its mainly drugs with the odd chemical or medical device thrown in

Wasn't her biggest fan,but she wrote some funny stuff over the years.

Always loved the Bread sitcom which run for about 5 years.

She co -wrote The Liver Birds too,which I enjoyed.

I'm a bit young for that to be honest Boncey and some of Bread but when Bread was re run not long after it finished I absolutely loved it.
