According to various repoprts Bolton news,Voice of Bolton,Lion of Vienna Suite. The signing which seemed imminent has now hit the rocks.Wanderers were supposedley paying £1 million up front with the other payment at the end of the season to seal the deal at £2 million.Reports say Mills has been told to return for preseason training with the foxes but his position is unlikely to change after having a major fallout with Nigel Pearson, this has opened up the chance of other clubs coming in for him who were monotoring the situation. As clear as mud then.FFS get it sorted sounds according to the reports its over money. One report from the Lecstier Mercury said after agreeing to cut thier losses by selling him to Bolton for £2 million the foxes are not prepared to lose out financially again as Mills trys to sever ties with them. Not 100% sure what this means but it could be that has Mills has not asked for a transfer he could be possibly asking for 10% of the fee as is normal when you have not asked for a transfer and your club is selling you.Could be wrong but reading between the lines a possibility.

I'm non plussed to be honest. I think Mills would be a good pick up at a cut price but if it's not to be i wont be losing any sleep.

BBC expect us to sign him -
Bolton are expected to win the race to sign midfielder Keith Andrews, BBC Radio Manchester reports.
The Irishman, 31, is set to agree a two-year deal with Wanderers after being released by West Bromwich Albion.
Andrews played in every game for the Republic at Euro 2012, and sent off in their final match against Italy.
The former Blackburn Rovers, MK Dons and Hull City player scored nine times in 20 appearances on loan at Championship side Ipswich last year.
Andrews began his career with Wolves, captaining them at the age of 20, and remained at Molineux until 2005 before joining Hull.
He won the League Two title and Football League Trophy with MK Dons and followed manager Paul Ince to Blackburn, then a Premier League team.
After three years at Ewood Park, Andrews enjoyed a prolific loan spell with Ipswich during the first half of last season, and then joined Albion on a permanent basis in January.
He played 14 times for the Baggies and scored in his first two appearances, including the 5-1 Black Country derby win at Wolves in February.
Andrews will become Bolton's first new signing since suffering relegation from the top flight in May.
