Everton have spent millions and millions in the last couple of years. They finished below Burnley.

They may not be top 4, but with their resources they should be finishing top 6.

Allardyce was able to spend £20m on Walcott and £27m on Tosun.

8th place is a marked failure for Everton, their start of season goal was 4th given their spend.

Ours was survival, therefore PP achieved success.
