Dave Higson

Do you all remember Dave Higson? He was the commentator for Bolton matches which road runner used to put together.

For any of you who don't know here's a couple from the youtube archives:

Dave is a Bolton legend. He was also a top bloke. Stood behind me for a couple seasons on Manny Road after he stopped doing the videos. There's a tribute video on youtube with some of the old players talking about him. Great man.

That's the one. You can tell how much he loved Bolton Wanderers.

This is my favourite. His reaction to the Liverpool equaliser and interviewing the Liverpool players afterwards, You can tell they are thinking who is this guy.

Anybody got the Wrexham game on video? He goes absolutely mental when Robbie Savage gets the winner.

yes knew him well he drank in same pub there is a plaque up in there for him

I remember watching that crossbar being broken.

Dave was my scout leader at st.bedes and collected for Gold line in Deane. I knew him fairly well. Top bloke, love BWFC and is a legend

Is it just me or can anyone else see the videos? It's all blank for me.

All videos on Nuts are blank for me - I have to click the "full screen" box in the bottom right corner to see them.
