Did anyone watch Soccer Saturday today?  It featured the one and only Gary Megson who was covering a match.  Is he the most boring person ever, he was talking in monotone, no expression, no nothing. 

I wonder what he was like giving a team talk at half time.

I turned it on for 5 mins before kick-off and Megson was on his usual rant about how managers are badly treated. From the way he was talking you'd think managers were on minimum wage and were dismissed without compensation.

I saw him, and he really was a disgrace. If I was Sky, I'd hold back some of his money. Boring, dull, monotone. no real indication of how the match was going. I doubt we'll see that aresehole on there for a very long time, if at all.

The two minutes I managed to stomach before turning over in disgust was him giving his thoughts on how England should approach the Poland match.

The cheeky twat was basically saying that shoving ten men behind the ball and hoping not to get beaten would be the wrong approach because the team has a duty to entertain the fans as well as get the result.

Yeah, Gary, because we played such free-flowing "total football" at Bolton under your guidance, didn't we, you fucking knob....

Megson really is Captain Charisma. I reckon he had his personality surgically removed as a kid. He doesn't talk with any enthusiasm whatsoever. I don't know why he ever gets considered as a pundit tbh.

He did a job for us following Allardyce leaving us with an aged squad.

Required to buy a lot of players to replace them and paid too much in general for so so players.

Played to a system that was effective but dire to watch.

The majority of the crowds hated it BUT it worked.

Far better manager than given credit for.

Remember that he never got us relegated unlike the golden boy we had next.
