Because now I've now got the body that all women want to touch, I've added a little trick here, yes fake tan, the Medium Instant one and it looks a treat if I do say so myself.

So if you've got less than 10% body fat nip down to ASDA and treat yourself.

It makes your abs stand out a mile, also is it wrong for me to put fake tan on?

You only have to google fake tan to see how great it can look. Let's face it, nobody living in the north west of England has the slightest chance of getting a real tan - so go for it.

Depends how subtle you are with the tan, Scott. If you've turned yourself orange you'll look like a twat even with a six pack.

I've done the Naughty Step but I feel I'm missing something else.

Its Brown, it looks proper real, i've give it a second coat .
