I wouldn't mind having a go at that. I'm sure I'd be OK. Razz

Good idea, maybe as part of the training you could learn how to walk in a straight line without tripping up, we all have to start somewhere

what is slacklining? It sounds like something to do with Nat's dodgy undercarriage to me

Walking on a 'slack' line (as opposed to a 'taunt' one), usually high off the ground.

In other words tightrope walking - except the rope isn't that 'tight'.

Just watch the video in the opening post of the thread.

Ah, sorry. Embarassed

Thought you didn't really know and had thought the video was of a tightrope walker.

just watched the video and that bloke is how i imagine Boncey to look. Couldn't possibly be him in real life though as Boncey would have fell off the rocks before even getting anywhere near the rope  Laughing

On a side note I used to play in the quarry as a kid and went up for a reminisce and couldn't believe how overgrown it was it was unrecognisable. We used to play tracking up there and had a course we used to cycle round on our choppers but it's head high in grass and weeds everywhere now.
Used to play in the clough too and walk through it to get to Egerton Park but that's all a mess now too.
