Did you know that the Chinese, being very superstitious have been known to run out in front of vehicles deliberately, because they thought the unlucky spirit behind them would be run over. Thats true by the way, as many of my ex colleagues posted to Hong Kong years ago would be warned when they arrived on station.

It was a sliding door transit and as i got out her face was looking up at me from under the step behind the wheel and i fell out of the van trying not to stand on her head.
They lifted the van to get her out she bent the steering rack with her head so bad that it wouldn't steer properly and she was wearing flip flops one of which was never found.
Lucky for her she went under length way's or she'd have been toast.
Just bruises and a broken nose.
