Also I work in the NHS, it will never ever have enough money with the way it's run. I have about 6 managers all on band 7 and above. And they all do the same job.

Think that’s always been a myth. If you believe that though why not vote for a party who wants. To pay a real national living wage?

I don't think that is actually true.
Those who work full time on a low wage can get working tax credits and some other benefits to boost it.
