Parking on pavements could soon be banned - and land you with a £70 fine

Just seen this on the BN website and i fully agree. It's one of my pet hates this! 
How are people with kids in prams supposed to get round idiots who park right in the middle of the pavement, not to mention people with sight issues. The fine should be more in my opinion.
And don't get me started on cyclists on pavements

Don't get me started on cyclists on pavements either.

Nearly came to blows with one a few years ago who accused me of being in his way.

I suppose he thought that, like any good pedestrian, I should be walking on the road.
