Did anyone see this story? Have you ever seen a couple of simpleton slags as this comedy duo? Can you believe there are people in the world who are willing to take such a risk? They must have shit for brains!

I agree they deserve everything that's coming their way if they're guilty, but if they were set up they have my deepest sympathy.

Just take the coke off them and send them on their way.

Are you serious? What would be the deterrent for others? Everyone would attempt to smuggle drugs if there was no punishment.

It's a stupid law, but they knew the risks and as Nat says deserve everything they get. I don't understand how people can be so thick to be honest.

They were "forced" to do it? Yeah right. Who paid for these two idiots to travel to Peru if not the same people who arranged for the drugs to be hidden in their suitcases?

I don't know what sentence they will face but I've seen these kind of things before and they are facing life sentences.

People in this country sometimes don't get life for murder and rape.

If you really think a bit of coke is worth life in prison i feel sorry for you.
