What meat does everyone like, and how?

I love a nice steak, rare with peppercorn sauce, always save a chip or 3 for the bloody 'sauce' after its gone too... but my absolute favorite meat, without question at the min is lamb, I adore Lamb Cutlets with a bit of mint sauce on them, they are simply amazing!

Anyone who watched Countryfile on Sunday night will have been put off eating lamb. They showed you how they were prepared for slaughter for halal purposes. Barbaric and inhumane and totally uncalled for in this day and age.

I don't buy Halal meats.

I go to a proper butcher.

I thought this was some new delicacy so I stopped off at the butchers on the way home and asked for a pound of beef curtains.

I'm posting from the police station.

That is how I used to eat mine. Got to be pink in the middle. I used to enjoy sirloin and rib eye as well.
