Thank him for his contributions perhaps? I enjoy Hipsters contributions. He doesn't go with the flow and is very fair minded and never resorts to abuse.

Why am I suddenly craving orange candy floss?

My 5000th post has just passed. Why didn't it receive any recognition?

Any knobhead can get to 5000 posts (see my post-count) - you have to be a very dedicated knobhead to get to 10,000.

As for achieving the 15,000+ level of knobheadedness or, as it's known in interweb circles, "The Whittam" ........
