Dating A Dwarf

I am currently dating a nice chap. Not a footballer or a pop star, just a regular guy. It's all a bit weird doing "normal" stuff like going to Wetherspoons and the cinema, but I guess it can't always be caviar, champagne and sex in the back of a Ferrari.

Anyway, his wallet aside, the only thing not quite right about him is his height. He's 5'9 which I'm told is about the average but as I'm 5'10 we do get some funny looks when we're in public.

To be honest it didn't really bother me until Wednesday when we went shopping in the Trafford Centre and some drunken fat bastard shouted "you can do better than that dwarf, love". He was quite upset.

So the question is, can this relationship last?
