With so much owed out to so many sources Eddie might not get a say in whether or not we get into admin or even wound up. The big name is HMRC, if we owe the taxman money and they decide to pull the trigger then we're screwed. As to the Warburtons, I heard they had already paid the wage bill at least once earlier this year. Why would they keep doing that if Eddie has said he won't put any more in but wants his 160 mil or so back?
