I feel I no longer know what’s real, and what is an illusion. I better put the kettle on.

A kettle only exists because your conscious mind allows it to exist, if you moved house and never returned the kettle wouldn't exist at all.

Don't tell Eddie Davies that he earned hundreds of millions off them, although given the figures bandied around a lot of the millions didn't exist either. Maybe the money in BWFC was off the non existent kettles.

As a sentient being, I know that all phenomena exist by way of convention, nothing is inherently existent. Everything is merely imputed by mind. There is only emptiness.

There is no such thing as the truth, only the individuals own subjective perception

I was replying in terms of the existence of the Kettle from earlier. The name I chose is related to Buddhism as I use it as a memoir to remember myself to be happy. It is particularly helpful to meditate on the emptiness of objects that arouse in us strong delusions like attachment or anger.

Hee Hee The referees name tonight is " friend". I wonder if the FA is so sick of us complaining about the terrible refs this season that they have tongue-in-cheek sent that one?

I'm newish on this website too.
It's hard to get a foothold unless you are gay or transgender.
I've chosen a new avatar, so I blend in more with the big hitters on here.
