Is it the national awards or just the local branch, that was a pun in case you didn't twig.  Very Happy
I knew you'd start something akin to the fish thread.

You're barking up the wrong tree. Very Happy

The Robin Hood tree won it. I backed against it. Always next year.

not me Boncey, he sounds like a right hippy.

I had no internet access a while ago for about a week and it drove me insane

Same here. I'm afraid, like it or not, there's no going back.

He makes some fair points though.

She's one of my three Twitter followers after I tweeted her a couple of years ago and told her she was the only funny comedian from Bolton currently doing the rounds.

Can't wait for Screenwipe this year - There's just so much material to work with.

Oh no. I've spotted satsumas in the kitchen. They always appear at Christmas.
Why can't they just leave me alone. The dates will arrive next, then the nuts, followed by a big tub of Quality Street.
If I see a bottle of Harvey's Bristol Cream,I'm out the door.

Christmas isn't Christmas without satsumas and they're one of your five a day. Warnincks Advocaat should be the one that has you running for the hills.
The plus side of christmas is orange and mint matchmakers and the rapidly shrinking terrys chocolate orange

I spend the weeks after Christmas finding bits of satsuma peel everywhere. Down the sides of chairs,in plant pots, under the bed...........I hate them. Although I hate dates even more.
