Worst Film Sequel

The Godfather Part III

Particularly sad because The Godfather Part II is possibly the best sequel ever made.

Any of the Saw films after the first one.

In fact, they got steadily worse each time.

First Matrix film was good, the other 2 were pretty poor.

Speed 2 has to be up there.

City slickers 2. Dire.

28 Weeks Later.

Back to the Future 2

I agree with Hipster and BB. Never got into the premise of Saw and successfully avoided seeing any of them.

I like East is East but West is West was dire.

Sorry to go off on a TV series tangent again, but there's a lot of things on tele that I think went a series or a few too far, including The Inbetweeners (should have stopped after series 2), Peep Show (the last series was naff) and Royle Family (the Christmas specials they've done in recent years have been awful).

The Inbetweeners was quality from start to finish.

Worst film sequel was Butterfly Effect 2. The original was ace.

Series 3 was the best series of The Inbetweeners.

First it's a remake not a sequel and second the worst remake is definitely The Wicker Man with Nicolas Cage.

I liked every one, I liked the new twisted ways a new victim was killed...

I liked all the series... but the film... oooweee that was bad.

I came late to The Inbetweeners, in fact I saw the film first before I'd seen any of the episodes.

I liked the film and so started watching the TV show.

And it quickly became apparent that every episode followed pretty much the exact same formula:

In order to try and have sex with girls, Jay tells lies, Neil does "harmless simpleton stuff", Simon obsesses about Carli and Will eventually saves the day by being just that bit cleverer than the others.

I was a bit disappointed, if I'm honest.
