That sounds very encouraging.
I was starting to get worried. It gets worse when you see e.g. Ipswich signing up young strikers like Balint Bajner from Borussia Dortmund on a free and at the same time see the Mason door shutting slightly.
Wonder how much is media banter and how much is bluffing and posturing? I'm not expecting any big names -  just as long as we get a few bodies with the potential for development in. Just have to trust the manager is doing his best.

Also modou barrow been tweeting that he's close to joining someone and also answering tweets from our fans saying he hopes he can join us and he prefers a permanent move

Here's a scenario.....

CYL plays for Cardiff all season apart from against us, Mason plays for us all season apart from against Cardiff.

Cardiff v Bolton: Both players swap sides and turn out for their parent clubs.

Or is this a permanent swap?

I'd imagine CYL is on higher wages so there may be some sense in that, especially as OGS wants Mason to sign a new contract which would boost the price down the road if Dougie has his mind set on him.

I heard he had a trial with Celtic after us.

The swap deal is "very odd" and we will be better off from the deal, but it's not a striker...

i wouldn't be that upset if we swapped Chungy for Mason to be honest, rather have Mason on a permanent deal than on loan again and with Chungy being out of contract next summer it would be a good deal.

But if its not for Mason then who is it Boggers?

All i know is that it's a very odd deal, but if the player improves us then great

That article will probably kill off any chance we have of signing Barrow - if clubs weren't interested in him before, they will be now.

Dougie has ruled Barrow out now - too expensive.

Strange one. I guess AP plays the winger style DF likes - he's more direct than CYL. 
No word about this in Norwich so far.
