To my mind, conceding 4 goals in one game doesn't even come close to playing quite well. I hope Lennon isn't starting to spin the nonsense we had to endure from our previous 3 managers.
If we have to ship this many goals in order to get on the scoresheet ourselves, he has a lot of work to do.

The difference between that and Huddersfield was that the disappointment is greater because of how late their winner was. We were in it until the very end.

Good grief we really are predictably shit. 

At 2-0 I didn't even get excited I knew they would come back with ease as they did. I did think we could hold out for a very good point only for the all too familiar capitulation to occur. 

This team hasn't had a backbone for nearly a decade now. Honestly it doesn't matter who you trot out there this team lacks talent, passion, drive, flair, composure, leadership. Absolutely everything basically.

But if you're on the wages that this lot are on,who needs anything as trivial as pride.

I hate not even being able to have a modicum of optimism about the future.

Thought the back four played reasonably well. The two long range strikes were the fault of the defensive mids not closing down and Amos spilled the 2nd so I reckon the back four could be blamed for one - which in theory should be fine if we score 3 at the other end every week.

Might be a good idea to tell the players not to look towards the exit before the whistle goes. Seems strange that more often than not we concede in the last minute or two. Bit of concentration lapse from those who should know better.

We also concede constantly just before half time. Or seem too. 

We're just garbage.
