I just by chance looked on the Rebook Roar Facebook just as some youth from Wigan posted that his friend at work who was on the Steering Committee had told him that they had received notification that the billionaire had been given preferred bidder status.

I'm sceptical that a youth would be party to such news - but then again there are youths on the Steering committee so it may be possible and the Steering Committee has certainly not acted as a body representing a public trust in the way it ought to by all the protocols I've ever worked too when I've been a member of such bodies - so who knows?

Anyway I had a few minutes to try and do a little bit of research to collaborate the best I could the story, only to return a short while later to find the post and thread had been removed from the Facebook site (or at least I couldn't find it again).

Make of that what you will.




(I just don't get the attraction of Facebook - far prefer forums myself).
