I said upmteen times we are no better now than under OC ..... in fact worse IMO.

We are 18th as we speak and even the daft on here are finally admitting that finishing near the top is all but a pipe dream.

Best the board can do is hope we finish mid-table then sack the Doog and rebuild again under someone with a clue.

I think a lot depends on the next transfer window - if he can keep  a few of the loanees and bring in one or two other players who can perform ,then he might have a chance to keep his job. If at the end of February we are where we are now ,then its a serious relegation battle for us . At that point I think he and Lennie Lawrence ( if he's awake) will get shown the door.
I think everyone accepts that promotion, even the play-offs are beyond us now, so the strategy should be building a platform for more success next season.
So-all you Dougie doom-mongerers,I think you have another couple of months to suffer his tedious tactics.
One more transfer period in January, to shift out half a dozen and bring a couple in will be his swan song.
