I know we'd need other results to go our way but keep playing like we have the last couple of games and we could be pushing for the top half by Xmas

Just got back Awesome great first half both teams, agree with hipster that half hour spell second half had everything a fan could wish for. Not seen a better side than us in that spell since we dropped to the championship.

Plus the atmosphere is unrecognisable i work in Wigan looking forward to Monday

Two convincing wins in a row - very well done the lads!

Plenty of room for improvement still. First half was pretty even although Wigan passed the ball better than us, we still look a bit nervy.

Second half was impressive at times but although we scored 3 goals we are still making poor decisions in the final 3rd. Craig Davies and Liam feeney are not good enough to play for us long term but under the lennon effect they're doing very well.

If we can add a goalscorer and a decent wideman to our side then we could go far.

Really enjoyed that again tonight.

They started better but we upped our game and controlled the game until the last five minutes of the first half.

Second half was great.

Clayton and Craig Davies both played well but I thought Chungy was superb and motm.

Superb stuff.

It's been a long time.

Apart from Lonergan's kicking which frustrated me, I thought we were very good tonight. Lacking some quality in the final third there's no doubt. But the pace with which the team closed down for most of the match was excellent and such a massive difference from the last few years. We finally look like we can be effective at this level and the players are clearly sold on Lennon.

My one gripe about Chungy finding his form is that Im 90% certain he'll find a better club at the end of the season.

Maybe even January. I was thinking that myself. Dyche was in the crowd tonight with millions burning a hole in his pocket i imagine

I reckon Lennon can get him to sign a new deal. The team is being built around him by the look of it. He's probably happier than he's been in years. If he keeps playing like this it would be a massive loss and for him to leave for free would be gutting.
