If you are really interested, which I very much doubt, BH, we intend to have 2 restaurants, operated by ourselves, in Amsterdam - one between the major squares (Dam, Rembrandt and Leidse) and one near the Amsterdam Arena. Any other restaurants will be run by sub-franchises with our authority. Therefore it makes more sense to have the PF Office away from any of the restaurants and let the reestaurants have some autonomy - whilst the PF Office concentrates on the paper-business side of things for the whole of The Netherlands. Also, if you don't know Amsterdam, premium real-estate for restaurant businesses very rarely have office space, as normally above the restaurants are leasehold living accomodations - operated and run by other companies
