He talks so much sense unlike that fucking half wit OC.

He works on the 3 game ratio, "what works", in other words he plans 3 games ahead.

He is a good manager, I think the players respect him as a man.

The problem now is how can we keep him ?

He did look a good manager at Palace, I was over the moon when we got him. But it took him a long time to get us going and even now we look pretty unconvincing. But I think a lot of that is down to the fact we haven't got a very good team. We really lack quality in the centre of midfield, we don't seem to have a left sided player and our strikers don't score many goals. It is a bit of a miracle we are in the play offs really. He has done a good job on that defence.
But I still think we have a lot to do to finish in the play offs. Luckily we will play Cardiff away once they are already promoted and we play Leicester who have not won in their last 9 league games. At home we are invincible.

Completely agree if we can get 3/4 seasons out of him we'll be established in the prem IMO, I've been impressed with every aspect of his management so far.

Can't see why any sane fan wouldn't want him to be honest, the results speak for themselves, that's why im convinced chipbutty is just on the wind up.

Without Dawson we'd be where Blackburn are. Anyone who thinks otherwise is very much a clueless dope.
