For Xmas I got a box set of a series called ' The Walking Dead. ' I don't normally go for zombie/horror films but this one was very good. The special effects were very gory and quite realistic.

Has anyone seen Series 2 and if so, is it worth watching ?

Bad news RT, the second series (or at least the first half of it that has been shown on FX) is truly awful.

I loved the first series, this second one has been a major disappointment.

However, it is almost worth watching for the scene where a zombie is stuck in a well. Amazing special effects and very funny.

Isn't the loser rating another thread?

Or am I just missing out on some top quality entertainment?

I am currently watching 'Harry's Law' on Universal every Monday night.

Really good stuff if you like your legal dramas.

Didn't enjoy it. Malcolm's Dad was better in Malcolm In The Middle.

Yes it was. In Australia, Budgies are as common as Sparrows. They fly in massive flocks so that Falcons can't pick them off. Modern technology is brilliant. Twenty years ago you would never have imagined that you could put an HD camera on a small bird.

I watched Anchorman with Will Ferrell last night for the first time and I have to say I quite enjoyed it. People said it was his best film which kinnda put me off as I have yet to see him in a good film, but I was surprised.

Slightly stupid in parts but in main it was very funny.

Anyone on here seen a film called ''Sanctum'', directed by James Cameron who did Avatar.

Quite a decent watch if you like underwater films, about a team of cave-divers.

I watched it a few weeks back when it came on Sky. Ok film, but very predictable.

I watched Battle Los Angeles last night. Rubbish.
