And btw WS63, one thing we do know is that whilst Michael James was trying to get the money together to keep BWFC in business in 2016 he was not likely to be 'doing a deal with his good mate Mr Gartside' who was either dying of a brain tumour or already dead.

Hipster posted this:

Hope Phil is OK and recovers quickly.

Fingers crossed this guy can steady the ship in the meantime.

Well done him.

I've checked it out now and the sale of the car park took place when Trevor Birch was in charge and Phil Gartside was dying of a terminal illness.

So the question that remains is why did Kevin Davies come out with this scurrilous accusation in the way he did and when he did? Who were his contacts and confidants and what other outrageous falsehoods were circulating amongst them?

Iirc at the same time that SKD was making ill-founded accusations against Michael James and Mr Gartside, the esteemed Chief Football Writer of the Beeno was also having a pop at MJ. Coincidence? I don't think so.

And just for the record, Prescott Business Parks is still owed the further £5.5million it lent the club to keep it in business in 2016.

News comes today that MPs are avoiding income tax on their extra-curricular perquisites by routing the money through personal service companies. Outrageous! Who do they think they are, Marcus Rashford?

Still not much doing on Nuts but someone has resurrected the ST thread on WW. This comment from Casino in July 2018 caught my eye:

'Not saying you're wrong but I'd be surprised if we are not close to break even',

He was replying to Eavesy who seemed to have a bit of savvy and posted this:

'We need money to settle the loans. We don’t have any.

They will continue to be kicked down the road until we source some investment.

The madine money has been spent on wages and running the club over the last 7 months. It’s gone.

Without investment. We’ll need to sell another player in January and the end of the season to finance wages and running costs.'

And then returning to the ST theme there was this from Bolton Va Va:

'No surprise that the ST should appear again just as Iles steps up his shit stirring against the club.'

Who thinks we are close to break even now and why?

Today's bullshit comes from Auntie Beeb. Where else you might ask? She's got form has Auntie Beeb.

Yes I know its old bullshit but bullshit is very educational. You can learn a lot from it if you try hard enough.

Bonce might not pass his GCSE in Bullshit Studies unless he tries a bit harder.

Well yeh, but I was thinking more along these lines.

https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11095/12477025/fan-led-review-chaired-by-tracey-crouch-to-call-for-independent-football-regulator

We've had a so-called independent regulator keeping an eye on what's been going on in the NHS for years but its not prevented scandal after scandal after scandal.

https://www.nwemail.co.uk/news/17239311.whistleblower-fears-another-scandal-looming-trust-runs-fgh/

Peter Duffy's still exiled in the IOM I believe, driven out of the NHS for sounding the alarm bell.

I hadn't watched Match of the Day for yonks before last week. I can't bear smug-faced Lineker for starters but Lady B consoled me after our defeat last Saturday with the news that the Rags had taken a hammering at Watford. I didn't really intend to watch it though but when it came on Lineker wasn't in the chair so I didn't automatically switch it over to summat else. I expect he's still on the payroll though.

The first thing to notice about the Rags was the conspicuous lack of effort from Rashford M at Watford. He made Nathan Delfouesno look like a terrier. Even the commentator noticed. I expect Solksjaer noticed too. Didn't he haul him off at half-time?

So where is the great man putting in his effort these days? We might well have to wait into Fergie time before we find out how much MUCS Enterprises pulled in its last financial year. £3.4m in the previous year and no income tax isn't to be sniffed at. Geoffrey Cox MP QC possibly thinks he doesn't charge enough.

I couldn't help wondering if Saint Marcus had been prompted to help out the Wythenshawe Foodbank or Norbrook Youth Club. If he has there's no sign of it on their websites.

What's going on with the Rags Manchester exodus?

Paul Scholes, Ryan Giggs and Saint Marcus of Rashford have all moved the registered offices of their private companies from Manchester to 41 Walsingham Road, Enfield this month.

Are there any interest-free directors loans in these companies? You bet there are.

Here it is. The website of the food bank run by volunteers to serve the deprived in the area that Marcus Rashford grew up in.

Not a photo, nor even a mention of Rashford M.

https://wythenshawe.foodbank.org.uk/

And here's the website of the youth club that he attended and that was set up and run by volunteers to serve the young people of the area.

http://www.norbrookyouthclub.co.uk/photoalbum.htm

Once again no photo or mention of Rashford M other than a retweet of a tweet on behalf of BT and Macmillan.

I seem to remember that there was a photo and a mention when the PR machine was at full throttle a few months back but now both have gone.

Isn't that a curious thing?

'I am a big, strong man and will keep my head held high because of what I have done for Bolton.' said SKD.

What about what Bolton, or to be more exact, what Eddie Davies and Phil Gartside had done for you, Kev? How many £millions had you been paid and how much had it cost ED to keep you (and a few others) in the manner to which you had become all too accustomed.

SKD made more of an effort for his money than some but BWFC reported losses of £50million in SKD's last season at the Reebok taking Eddie Davies' losses to more than £150million.

https://www.theboltonnews.co.uk/news/10314850.kevin-davies-hurt-and-shocked-over-contract-decision/

SKD went on to billionaire-owned PNE where he scored 4 goals in 70 appearances in the Championship.

''It was a bit of a shock, and has not quite sunk in yet. It was hard to take, on my birthday of all days'', Super Kev told Talksport, allegedly.

What was 36 year-old Kevin expecting for his birthday? He'd only been granted a one-year extension the previous season.

Kevin Davies was not in the least akin to the poor child of uncaring parents or the underpaid clerk of a Scrooge-like employer. Yet this was the kind of fiction the Beeno and the rest of the media sought to portray seemingly at the behest of SKD whilst the Beeno would never get round to mentioning how much the fairy tale had been costing Eddie Davies or how it couldn't possibly continue  as it had.

Neither would it ever cross any of their minds that ED's fortune had been decimated, not just by paying off the Reebok and other debts, but by a succession of underachieving football  players and managers leaving precious little left for the other charitable causes he wanted to support during his lifetime.

Saint Marcus has been writing fiction, according to his latest tweet.

On this occasion his co-fictionary is someone called Alex Falase-Koya.

Sounds like the perfect prezzie for the children of numbnuts.

My advice to Boncey and all right-thinking Dads and Grandads is stick to the Beano Annual. You know it makes sense!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm a Beano man all the way, although the cover price of £2.75 is a bit much, so I'd advise a subscription.
Brings it down to £2.08.
