Transfer Rumour Update: Jermaine Beckford

Sharp isn't a bad shout to be honest - 129 goals in 289 games, same goal ratio of 2.2 as Earnshaw although I don't know if all those goals were at Championship level.

Hipster - Earnshaw & Sharp are proven goalscorers at this level, it's easy to dismiss them but the reality is that these are the type of player we need to get out of this division.

I was just trying to annoy RR I really don't have an opinion on Sharp as i haven't seen him enough.

Dwight Gale, DJ Campbell, Jamie Mackie, Kevin Phillips, Ricardo Fuller, James Vaughan, Tom Pope.

You bellend. MacKie, Gale & Campbell are out of our price range. Phillips is nearly 40 and Fuller is injury prone.

James Vaughan is a decent player.

Odemwingie is up for sale at £3million but he's 31, is a twat and probably thinks he should be playing for Real Madrid.
Despite all that, he has the quality we need up front and given the price of strikers these days could be just what we need. Certainly worth considering I'd have thought.
Ideally Tom Eaves will up his game another notch or two.

Odemwingie will want big money and will definitely get some interest from teams above us. Probably end up in Turkey or something on mega money. Vaughan's a good player but injury prone, not sure if he's worth the risk.

Vuckic has impressed me whenever I've seen him, think he's just had a serious injury though? Seemed more of a number 10 to me too we need an out and out goalscorer.

The only way Holt will leave Carrow Rd is if he's carted out in a coffin. Simeon Jackson will be released though and he is quite nippy, although I don't think he has enough of a ruthless streak about him, so perhaps not what we need.
