Bournemouth 0-2 Bolton

The next up and coming game is on Saturday the 2nd November and against Bournemouth.

The referee for this game will be Darren Deadman.

Bournemouth are currently sitting in 11th place with 17 points.

Their last 4 games have been a loss against Leicester City away, a draw with Nottingham Forest away, a win against Millwall at home and a loss against Leeds away from home.

How does everyone think Bolton will do?

Do we feel that we are going to get a good spanking or is it our time for a 2nd win of the season?

They lost at Leicester Karly.

I think we'll get a good hiding, 3-1 , they'll play us off the park.

They will be up for it, even though this is our second season in the championship, the bournemouth manager will be drumming it into them that we are still a possible premier leauge side.

I'm expecting them to show much more passion than us, so 2-0 to them.

I share the view they'll be up for it, whilst we'll be practising Dougie's new don't lose the lead even though we won't have one routine so 4-0 to the cherries.

As to the original post, well, I have a sinking feeling here. I think Nat may well be right and we'll lose.  I felt some hope before the Ipswich game but the players looked dispirited, disinterested and weary as if it was a dead rubber match between two mid table teams at the end of a long dull season. We didn't look as if we were even aware that we're barely above the drop zone with only one win all term or that we cared if we did. I won't claim Dougie has lost the dressing room or must be sacked just yet but it's clear those men on the park need to be lifted and fast preferably by playing to their strengths and not by using formations and tactics produced by Rod Serling (for our younger fans look up 'Twilight Zone' to see what I mean). Unless Dougie realises he is  with this constant tweaking and fiddling then I fear for us quite badly.  

But on a happier note today is my lovely wife Wendy's birthday!     

Happy birthday darling. I love you loads. (For those of you who think this is shameless grovelling, well, you're absolutely right and I don't care.)
